My package was delivered soaking wet, the box was saturated and unsightly. I wanted to give as gift. I sent email but was told box was not intended to be a "gift box" but it would have been nice way to present a gift. I was disappointed. I would think you would want to have your product gifted in a presentable way.

We visited Scout store in Marion, IA. A group of us wandered around and looked at all of the nice things. One thing in particular I noticed was the Everlasting offerings. To be honest, I did not think of getting anything for myself, but I noticed the others buying like crazy. Well, lo and behold, I got a complete set for Christmas from my daughter-in-law, 3 candles, a vase to hold them, a hurricane cover to protect from drafts, and a bottle of Everlasting Oil. After lighting them for the first time, I hurriedly ordered a supply of the oil, so I would not run out! I love them! So pretty. So soothing.

The oil is amazing no fumes ,the only thing I find hard is trying to pour the oil in my vase I lose some when trying to pour ,do you have a funnel that comes with the candle package .Would appreciate one if you have them .Oil last a long time usually always have them on especially when we have company so many complements

This Christmas I purchased 4 of the Jervis sets as gifts. They look lovely …. I already have a Wylie set that I received as a gift a few years ago and I absolutely looove it! I did email my one complaint when I received my candles and vases. The misty green vase was left a bit marred from the large warning sticker which left residue on the rough surface and was very difficult to even peel off. It’s ok on the plain glass ones but not the coloured ones

The candle was delivered quickly but I was disappointed that there were no directions or a link to directions as to how to set it up. I had to find a YouTube video to show me how to do that and to tell me how long to soak the candles for and that was wrong. Once I had it set up it is very pretty. I am disappointed at how small it is. It is better in a small place and I wanted it for my dining room table.

So here is the liquid that powers the candles: "PRISTINE", which still burns quite quickly, especially when the 3 candles are lit at the same time. So this is the only fault I can say since purchasing the 4 kits. It is certain that I am very very happy with my purchases and that I do not regret it at all!
