Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best way to burn an everlasting candle?

1 - Add at least three inches of Pristine oil to the ‘Ayden’ glass vase and submerge your candles.

2 - Once the candles have soaked in the oil for four hours, light the tops and enjoy the bright flame!

3 - You can light them over and over again without ever having to replace them; making them completely... Everlasting.

Can you add essential oil to Pristine Oil?

You are able to put a few drops of essential oil into the Pristine Oil as long as its 100% authentic oil.

As it burns, the essential oil will create soot, just like a soy candle creates, along with a slight scent. Otherwise, our Pristine Oil is clean burning, which is soot-free and odourless.

So you can enjoy it either way!

Do your candles have a scent?

Using our 'Pristine Oil' ensures an experience that is odourless, smokeless and wax free.

Can I use my own vase / vessel?

Of course! Feel free to get creative and use any vessel of your choice. Just make sure that you have at least three inches of Pristine oil to ensure the candles will create that nice, ambient flame.

We love to see how you style our candles, so make sure you tag us #everlastingcandle.

What should I do if my candle isn't working?

Please try the following before making contact with us:

1 - Ensure the wick is level with the top of the metal candle

2 - Ensure the candles are submerged in a minimum of 3 inches of Pristine Oil

3 - Leave the candles to soak for a few hours to draw up the oil

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer wholesale and bulk discounts. If you would like to apply to become a vendor, please visit our wholesale page.

What if my vase cracked?

Please be aware that the candle sticks are heavy and if they are dropped into the Ayden vase they will crack the glass vase. As each vase is inspected before they are shipped, we will not be responsible for cracked vases.

How do you extinguish the candle flames?

Do not use a snuffer as it can damage the candlesticks. To extinguish the flames, simply blow them out.
