Within Canada, we offer Free Shipping for orders over $60, and a Flat Rate Shipping of $9.99 for orders under $60.

Within the USA, we offer Free Shipping for orders over $60, and a Flat Rate Shipping of $9.99 for orders under $60.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are generally processed within 1 to 5 business days of the order being submitted.

Typical shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in USA

Can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order we send you an email with your tracking details so you can track your parcel right to your doorstep any time of the day or night.

The most cost-effective method for international shipping is often untrackable. Should you choose to take your chances, Everlasting Candle Co. will not be responsible for lost product.

Do you ship internationally?

You bet we do! We are happy to deliver to almost every country worldwide. If you have a query about whether your country is on our list, don't hesitate to contact us!

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated by weight and volume. For most international orders, shipping takes 10-15 business days from the day it was processed. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 20 business days.

Orders outside of Canada may be charged applicable duties, fees and taxes by the shipping carrier that are outside the control of Everlasting Candle Co.

Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?

As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the processing and packing so we can get your order to you as soon as possible. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please email and we will do our best to update your address however, we cannot guarantee it will be possible.

Can I return my item?

Each Everlasting Candle comes with a satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from being dispatched. If you would like to arrange a return, please contact our team at with your order number and details of the return or exchange.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/debit card or via Paypal with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.
