How much does shipping cost?

Within Canada, we offer Free Shipping for orders over $60, and a Flat Rate Shipping of $9.99 for orders under $60.

Within the USA, we offer Free Shipping for orders over $60, and a Flat Rate Shipping of $9.99 for orders under $60.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are generally processed within 1 to 5 business days of the order being submitted.

Typical shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-10 business days in USA

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will email you with your tracking details. Please use the tracking number provided to locate your package on the carriers website:

- Canada Post for orders within Canada.

- USPS for orders in the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship across North America. When worldwide shipping becomes available we will make sure everyone knows who enters our website.

Orders outside of Canada may be charged applicable duties, fees and taxes by the shipping carrier that are outside the control of Everlasting Candle Co.

Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?

As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the processing and packing so we can get your order to you as soon as possible. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please email hello@everlastingcandleco.com and we will do our best to update your address however, we cannot guarantee it will be possible.

Can I return my item?

Each Everlasting Candle comes with a satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from being dispatched. If you would like to arrange a return, please contact our team at hello@everlastingcandleco.com with your order number and details of the return or exchange.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/debit card or via Paypal with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.

What if my package is missing or hasn't arrived?

If your package is missing, in transit or hasn't arrived yet, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the carrier.

Please use the tracking number provided to locate your package on the carriers website:

- Canada Post for orders in Canada.

- USPS for orders in the United States.

No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. If a claim needs to be submitted, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to submit that claim with the shipping carrier.
