I have purchased your oil lamps before and I like them. But why do you no longer offer to have the oil lamps and oil boxed up as a gift? That makes a really nice gift, but now I just have a bubble wrapped lamp, and a separate box for the wicks, and a bottle of oil. So less elegant.

The candles themselves take forever to actually light, I usually have to flip them and soak them in the oil in order for them to light again. They are very pretty when lit though.

While the candles are beautiful the shipping and customer service is disappointing. Shipping took close to two weeks as my order sat in one location for days. Now I need to exchange as I prefer another style and the website is not setup to handle returns/exchanges. I feel like the company is constantly communicating to be and filling my inbox, yet I need to wait in my communications to them. Appreciate this is a small business, so am sharing in the spirit of continuous improvement.

Love the candle it's very unique and classy looking at the same time. I will be purchasing another for my business. My only critique is the inconsistency in the placement of the wick. I found that the wick on two of the candle sticks were placed a little high and the flame was way too big for my liking so I had to mess around with it and shove the wick down into the rod/candle stick to calm the flame down but other than that it's a beautiful product

Received one as a gift. We liked it so much we sent one to a friend as a thank you gift. The downside when we received ours is we didn't know who it was from and had to guess. I thought it was a mistake on the senders part. When we sent our gift there was no way that I could see, how to let the person know other than to tell them in advance. It would be nice to be able to include a note to the recipient.

I saw this at a home for our local showcase of homes. The home is 7500 square feet and certainly had all the bells and whistles, some to my liking and some not. All I could think of, however was how simply elegant this item looked. I was going to ask the owner where she purchased it but she was swamped with people at the time.
So when I got home, I searched online and found it! The exact one. I cannot tell you how much I love this home decor piece. So so elegant! It is pricey but for me definitely worth it.
