I recently purchased four sets and was so disappointed with the gift bags. All of them came unglued at bottom and I was not able to use any of them. This was my first experience with your company. Packaging means everything. So sad I wasted my money on the gift bags.

I have bought many candles from you as gifts-over 10! I recently purchased three sets and was so disappointed with the gift bags. All of them came unglued at bottom and I was not able to use any of them. I LOVE your candles and will always keep buying them but was so sad I wasted my money on the gift bags.

I saw the advertising for these beautiful looking candles and we were tired of replacing the wax candles we burned and cleaning up the melted wax. These candles were marketed as everlasting and clean burning. Our first impression was that the sets were much smaller than they looked in the pictures but still looked nice and we followed the instructions and lit them. At first they burned unbalanced meaning the flames on two candles were normal and one candle was a much smaller flame. After some feedback from customer service we tapped the candles to allow the wick to come out further and this allowed them to burn evenly. Fast forward a week. Seemed that the 50 hours burn time was not so accurate. We have had them for a month and have gone through more than one bottle of fluid. We light them for about 2 hours per night maybe twice a week. Now even with the tapping they don't stay lit or they burn without a flame. So not too happy.

I LOVE my everlasting candles. They're so elegant and give the room a nice feel. My husband doesn’t like candles with scent and these are the perfect solution! I’ve been wanting them for a year and finally ordered and I am so glad I did!
