I purchased my first set of everlasting candles & glass about 2 years ago. I love it & receive compliments everyone we have people over. Recently one of the 3 candles stopped igniting easily. I purchased a replacement set but it would be a nice option to get a single replacement candle. I also purchased 2 sets as gifts this past holiday season & they were VERY well received!

We have enjoyed the Everlasting Candles, gifted to us by our daughter, for at least two years now.
My wife and I's view, is that there are none better. Real classy look to any area of the home, the dinner table in particular.
In the last six months however, we found that one of them was very difficult to light. As such, I reached out to you folks for guidance and solution to resolve the problem. You did respond in a very efficient manner, however, the corrective action did not quite resolve the issue. In that regard, I elected to order replacement candles. During the time of order and delivery, I decided to switch end for end the one stick that acted stubbornly to lighting. Lord and behold, to our great satisfaction, it now lights up and burns as the other two do.
We now have three sticks we may never need. However, it does give the level of comfort, that we will never be without them.
Congratulations on developing such a wonderful product, which enhances ones lifestyle, and making it available to folks like us.

They’re cool! My only concern is that it’s not clear from the ordering process that you need to order their fuel as well, so I had to pay shipping twice. Mildly annoying but a good product.
