I love the clear hurricane vase. The only thing I don't like about is it the Everlasting logo on it. It defeats the purpose of having a completely clean look. Wish you would not have doe that.

I absolutely love the Everlasting Candle Neva Collection Sets, Hurricane Vases, and accessories! I originally discovered Everlasting Candle while searching online for a beautiful and safe candle option for the guest and head tables at my daughter’s upcoming wedding.
In November 2025, I purchased two Neva Collection Sets in different finishes, Metallic Gold and Charcoal Marble with gold candle sticks, to test them before making a larger investment for the wedding. That was definitely the right decision. It confirmed how important the black steel funnel is for safely pouring the Pristine Oil and, for our venue, that pairing the candles with the Hurricane Vases would be a must.
I loved everything and knew they would be perfect for my daughter’s November 1, 2026 wedding.
In August, I placed the larger order for the wedding. Everything arrived promptly, securely packaged, and in excellent condition. What made the experience even more special was the personal service I received from Ciara at Everlasting Candle. Because my order was unusually large for a non-corporate purchase, she reached out to learn more about how I planned to use the candles and to see how they could help. They even included additional items at no charge in case I needed them for the wedding. Ciara also shared some wonderful suggestions for how we could continue enjoying the Neva Sets after the wedding.
I truly appreciated that personal touch. The products are beautiful, but the level of care and customer service made the experience even better.
I’m so excited to see everything come together on November 1st. I know the candles will add a beautiful, elegant glow to the celebration, and I have a feeling the photos are going to be stunning!

I received the Everlasting Candle as a gift and fell in love with it. It gives off such a cool light. The glass cover/shield is ok. It's hard to light the "candles" without removing it first which is a bit of a pain. Also, the round sticker on the back does not come off.
It does protect the flames from breezes though.

I am a “new” huge fan the Everlasting Candle. I love the ambiance…very soothing, romantic feeling to any room. I’m still trying to find what to do after the “whicks” burn down! Nothing on the website (as I can see) as to where to buy or what kind to buy, etc…so that is my only negative otherwise I love it!

I saw your products in a boutique in Calistoga, CA. I purchased an Everlasting Candle set complete with glass container, rods, candle oil, and funnel. Can you please tell me how to get the sticky white sticker
on the bottom of the glass off? I have tried hot sudsy water, lighter fluid, scrubbers, and nothing seems to remove it.

The hurricane is gorgeous and sturdy. The only problem is that it is narrow and too close to my candles. It immediately had soot where the candles burned and became incredibly hot. I’ll try readjusting my candles so they are further from the edge of the hurricane and see if that helps.

I have been eyeing off the everlasting candle for quite some time and when hubby asked what I'd like for my birthday, it was a no trainer. The everlasting candle and the hurricane vase are even nicer than the pictures. I am so happy with them and can't wait to light them each evening.
