Love my candles - I got them in the mail about a month ago but was away so couldn’t use them. Just lit them tonight, they are truly beautiful and I love them. I got the funnel as a free gift for ordering the candles and it’s perfect for pouring the oil so glad it was included. Everything was packaged so beautifully - would be a lovely gift.

I purchased the gold candle and when I received it the candle had two tones to it like one Side was in the sun for ages, first thing I noticed then after looking around I noticed that the gold had marks all over it, I asked for my money back and this company wouldn't have a bar of me wanting my money back so I finally after many emails agreed to get a replacement candle I received it today and the EXACT SAME THING. DO NOT BUY THESE CANDLES AS THEY LOOK USED AND MARKED BADLY.

Have already shared my experience by email - I bought two sets as two separate birthday gifts. Received the order squeezed into one box with only one set of instructions. Rather than in your FAQ’s about ordering more than one -maybe you should highlight in your “blurb” that more than one order will not come in its own “presentation gift box…… Gutted to receive my order in this way.

I purchased the Everlasting candle set as a sympathy gift for my sister-in-law as her sister passed away. Since she lives in another state i had it sent directly to her. I was disappointed that i was unable to write a note expressing my sympathy and to let her know who sent it. I had to send a separate card. However, she did love it very much.

I was disappointed when it arrived with the box opened and the candle was packed without filling as shown in the promotion video. The set was loose and rattling in the box,
It should have been secured with greater care,
The item arrived as if it was a customer's retuned set.

This is my second everlasting candle - I loved the first one so much I needed another.
The 3 candles create a beautiful ambience when lit and the piece looks lovely unlit too. I like that it can keep being used unlike traditional candles and find the oil to be long lasting.
