Received one as a gift. We liked it so much we sent one to a friend as a thank you gift. The downside when we received ours is we didn't know who it was from and had to guess. I thought it was a mistake on the senders part. When we sent our gift there was no way that I could see, how to let the person know other than to tell them in advance. It would be nice to be able to include a note to the recipient.

I saw this at a home for our local showcase of homes. The home is 7500 square feet and certainly had all the bells and whistles, some to my liking and some not. All I could think of, however was how simply elegant this item looked. I was going to ask the owner where she purchased it but she was swamped with people at the time.
So when I got home, I searched online and found it! The exact one. I cannot tell you how much I love this home decor piece. So so elegant! It is pricey but for me definitely worth it.

I love the candles after I received one as a gift, so I ordered 5 more sets to give as gifts. However, they were all sent as individual pieces instead of in 5 gift boxes as I originally received mine. It is much better presentation to give in gift box to my friends (including instruction card), otherwise it is unclear how the set up works to people who haven’t seen them before. I already asked to get at least 3 gift boxes but my request was denied. It seems as if I ordered 5 sets on 5 separate orders, they would’ve arrived in a gift box. But since I ordered 5 sets at once, I was denied that option. This alone is disappointing after a large order.

I love the candles I purchased, however, the out of box experience could be drastically improved. First, I had to buy 3 at the same time, have them shipped to me and now I need to pay for shipping to my friend who lives in Texas. I would have liked to ship the gift directly to my friend, however, during checkout, there was no option to include a gift message, so it would be very awkward for her to receive this without knowing who it was from. This should be a very easy thing to implement on a web interface. In addition, the box came with no instructions, no description of what it is, so had I shipped it directly to my friend, she would have had no clue what it was or what to do with it, nor a note from who it was from. I had to create screenshots of your website and put it together on a slide, print the slide and will be including that in my gift of which I am now paying to ship to her. With a few simple improvements, you could make the out of box experience much better and gift giving much easier.

I was very displeased with how my purchase was shipped. I expected it to arrive inside a shipping box but the UPS label was attached right to the Everlasting Candle box itself, diminishing its beauty as a gift. The box also sustained minor shipping damage.
