Haven't actually seen it unwrapped yet, as it is a birthday gift for my sister and I wanted to keep it wrapped in the tissue. This is my second one. Had to purchase a new one because my wicks no longer worked and I couldn’t find a place to purchase the wicks you use. Can you/do you sell wicks? Or new sticks with wicks so I can still use my old one?

This is my second set. I love them but the wicks are uneven on this set as well. One end has a tiny wick and the other has no wick showing. I had to throw out my last set because the wick would no longer light and I flipped them to the other end. That caused black soot to get in the bottom and they looked messy and dirty. I love the look of them on my table so I replaced them.

We absolutely love the candle. I was looking for something very specific to use during family devotion time and this candle checked all the boxes. My boys, (5) & (4) (9mos), call it the trinity candle. How the essence of God is the oil and all three equally burning lights make up the Godhead fueled by the one essence of God. All forms of illustration brake down when trying to represent the trinity, but the kids and my wife love it.

My friend loaned me her set of 3 candle holders for Thanksgiving. I loved them. I’m
a big candle fan and love how great it makes our house feel. But when we got to our home in the desert, I decided to buy my own Everlasting Candles with the funnel( a must) and 2 bottles of oil ( smart move to buy 2). I have used it every night! No smoke or collapsing/ hollowed out candles anymore.

I was very disappointed in the packaging. Came in a basic brown box. This was a Christmas gift. No picture of what it was. I was embarrassed to give this. I had to show a picture off my phone. For such a beautiful candle it sure down graded it's appeal. Unlikely to purchase again even though I know someone who really wanted one.

The packaging was very poor. My shipping box was split open on the edge, but fortunately the contents were OK.

The candle is elegant in its simplicity. The flame burns with a consistent look, doesn’t rise or fall like it might with a wax candle. However, against the advertised claim that the flames burn clean, I have one candlestick where the wick burns sooty. I tried manipulating the wick but it still doesn’t burn clean like the other two sticks. Would be nice if the company could replace the sooty candlestick for me.

Warning-READ OTHER REVIEWS! The set was impossible to give as a gift. Had to repack the entire set into another box. Your company shipped the candle in its original box. It should have been inside of another box as to present it as a gift. Impossible to gift it appropriately. You slapped the shipping label on the outside of its original box, which you couldn’t remove, along with the normal scratches and nicks from shipping. Also the packing inside was not sufficient-completely surprised the vase didn’t break. Unbelievable and lazy! You cut corners. Won’t ever order again. Won’t ever recommend this company.
