I didn't receive the funnel for the 4 everlasting candles. Also, 2 came in one box. These are all gifts so it would have been better to have a box for each. One of the four was broke, the packing material i.e. crinkle paper and bubble wrap should be doubled to prevent broken glass. Lastly, I was surprised how small the vases were, I was expecting them to be bigger. I still think it's a beautiful product but have not lit one yet.

I love how the candle looks but was disappointed that the candle was scentless. Is there any way to add a scent to the pristine oil in the future? We bought the black jar candle so if a little soot forms from the scent that’s okay, I just didn’t realize it would be completely odorless

The candles look very pretty! For some reason, I thought it would be bigger than it is, though. Also, I also was hoping to use them as a centerpiece for my outdoor dining table, but the slightest breeze blows them out. I'm not sure I would've paid this amount for them if I had known any of these prior.
That said, customer service is great. I had a question about the wicks, and they replied within hours.

The sticks are lovely. At the time of my purchase, there was neither a black nor a white container. I took the clear because I was eager to get my order. The clear is pretty ordinary looking, and I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get either the white or the black.

I love the concept of sustainability. I encourage your company to sell a large bottle of oil (32 oz). Maybe got for “buy three and get one free - I will buy them. One bottle I bought was gone. I lit them every night for mediation.
